I arranged my whole day around the early appointment and waiting as originally setup - just to be told I could not wait and the cars just received yesterday moved ahead of my appointment made a week ago... no sorry..no offer for an alternate car... just the cars received yesterday are a priority  Very bad customer service experience  I hope the feedback may help the next customer's experience More

Took a little bit to get in for some recall repairs. But once we got in, service took about 1.5 hours for 2 recall repairs, software update and they even washed the car! Had engine trouble while traveling. Pat, the Service Advisor at Bellevue, said he could get us in right away.
