One word describes the process Amazing. I did everything over the phone with Rosi and Alan and I couldn't be more thankful for what they did. Internet pricing was accurate and dealer fees were provided before agreeing on a price. Scott, salesman, was helpful and gave personalized attention to our needs. Adequately knowledgable on a used vehicle not of the dealer's brand (Buick)/GMC). Gregg was straightforward in pricing the truck. Pat in finance is very knowledgable and though he was persisent in explaining the benefits of the various add ons (many of which I wanted before I met with him) he was not pushy. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and I have a high degree of confidence that the car that I purchased. More

Very Pleasant Experience This was the 3rd or 4th dealership my wife and I visited. We found the experience to be very low pressure and an overall pleasant experience. Not sure if its related to Covid-19 but the showroom and offices were immaculate. Was pleased that we began negotiations with upfront out-the-door pricing with a listing of taxes & fees as well as finance options. Really cut through a lot of typical dealer BS. We had initially dealt with Light house point Buick/GMC but took the drive up here after they became stubborn. I would buy again here based on this visit, and intend to use the free car washed for life offered with my purchase. More

White glove service at its best! Not enough words to say the superior level of service that I received from the team at Delray Buick! Bill Colarusso, Greg Budd, Felix Gutierrez, Leon Not enough words to say the superior level of service that I received from the team at Delray Buick! Bill Colarusso, Greg Budd, Felix Gutierrez, Leon Timothee, & Pat Frenna...truly a great team that exemplifies the meaning of white glove service. Let me just say that I work for a private bank that is known for its white glove service and when you experience that level of service from a car dealership, it doesn't go unnoticed. I started my car shopping venture a couple months ago prior to the current world pandemic. After visiting Delray Buick, several other dealerships and test driving several vehicles, I ended up back at Delray Buick (online). Although I was still in the market for a vehicle, I had new challenges (as does everyone around the world) such as of working from home, limiting exposure by not leaving the house etc. Delray Buick addressed my concerns without missing a beat. After sending an online inquiry, I was almost immediately contacted by Bill & Felix who both addressed every question and concern that I had regarding the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I then had the challenge of what do I with my trade in? The next day the sales manager, Greg drove to my house and inspected the vehicle right in my driveway! He not only was respectful by wearing gloves and a mask he also gave piece of mind knowing that I didn't even have to leave my home! The third day I was contacted by Pat regarding the "dreaded" financing...he made the process simple and efficient all while be respectful of my time on the phone as I was juggling the never ending video conferences from home. By that afternoon, I had Felix with paperwork in hand driving my new Jag right to my front door! I signed the docs while Felix swapped tags, parked my new car in the driveway and drove off with my trade. I have purchased several cars in my life, but I can tell you two things that have never happened. The first-I have never written a review to this extent before. The second-I have never experienced the level of care and level of service that I had received from this dealership.
