The gentlemen we dealt with at Prestige Volvo were all very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. We are very happy with our new car which we didn't expect to buy the day we came in. Paul Davis was very knowledgeable about the different models of Volvo and originally showed us 2 white cars which my wife didn't want. He then found an Oyster Grey model which we liked. We were very happy with the financial help we received and everyone we came in contact with at Prestige Volvo couldn't have been more friendlier and professional. We would definately recommend this dealership to our family and friends. More

This is our 4th Volvo and 1st experience with Prestige Volvo and the BEST SALES TEAM we've worked with to-date. Each team member took great care to ensure exemplary service from the minute we walked in t Volvo and the BEST SALES TEAM we've worked with to-date. Each team member took great care to ensure exemplary service from the minute we walked in the door until the closing handshakes and pecks on the cheek. We got a very fair trade-in on our 2001 Volvo S80 and a really good COSTCO deal on the new XC60 T6. Matt spent enough time making sure we understood the options and values before putting together the spec sheets for us to take home and mull over. He also informed us of the financing options and provided an application to complete in advance. All was in order to speed the process. The necessary data had been entered online and the vehicles were ready for my final "color" decision on the second visit. Richard reviewed the required paperwork with me while Pat drew up the various documents and had the car "Bommerized". Before I drove off the lot, Richard helped me to update my insurance, programmed selected Sirius settings, connected my phone and demonstrated the operation of all the new features. In less than 3 hours I drove off the lot with a Prestige VOLVO Lenny bear in the back seat. My husband was really surprized Prestige had completed the whole transaction in so short a time enabling me to drive home with the new vehicle that day. I feel certain that my after-sale experience with this organization will match the high level of quality service demonstrated so far. More

I would highly recommend anyone buy a car from Prestige Volve. The ratings go up to 5; but I feel Prestige deserves a 10+ and beyond. When you walk in the door you feel genuinely welcomed. You don't feel like your just another client being pressured to buy a car. You feel a real care and concern for you the consumer. My experience with Steve Sargent, Salesman; and Pat Mason, Financial Business Manager; were both outstanding in my opinion were customer service is a top priority. They were very thorough in their expertise and knowledge of the volvo products. I feel they were fair and honest to the point that I felt very confident in purchasing my volvo. I will continue to do business with them in the future; as well as bringing my car in for servicing. I am so happy to be a customer of Prestige Volvo. Kudos to this dealership. We had a great experience with Prestige Volvo. Mark, the general manager, and Pat finance manager were very helpful in getting us a good deal on our new car and the trade in. Rich, the sales associate was v general manager, and Pat finance manager were very helpful in getting us a good deal on our new car and the trade in. Rich, the sales associate was very courteous and willing to work with us. This was our first time at Prestige Volvo dealership and so far it has been a pleasure. I am sure we will be back for our next car. We love our Volvo! More

My girlfriend and I was in the market for a compact SUV. This was our second car buying experience. The first one was with an Audi dealership. This certain Audi dealership was very disorganized. We had to do all the work for the finance manager to get us approved. So we were kind of traumatized by the experience. Going in Prestige Volvo, we already have a preconceived idea about what a "luxury brand" dealership experience would entail. Boy were we wrong! The minute we stepped in Prestige Volvo, we were greeted by the staff and offered coffee and drinks. The staff was friendly and courteous and we didn't feel out of place. Joel Casser was our sales person. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing was competitive and Joel was able to match and offer the exact price and car that we wanted. Not at anytime we felt pressured by him and we left the dealership feeling happy about our decision. He kept us updated on the status of the car from transport to delivery. Pat Masone was our finance manager. He kept us updated on the status of our loan and approval. He made the financing part of the experience as smooth as possible. Working with Prestige Volvo was a wonderful experience. I have worked with other dealerships in the past, and Prestige by far stands out from other locations. Christian was so easy to work with and was able have worked with other dealerships in the past, and Prestige by far stands out from other locations. Christian was so easy to work with and was able to meet all of the requests that I had made. The team is very responsive via phone and email, which again makes this location stand above the rest. I thought it was a very nice touch that the manager of the dealership came over to shake my hand and congratulate me on my selection. Christian also took the time to sit in the car with me, set up my seating, bluetooth, etc. before I left the dealership. I was introduced to the service manager and taken on a tour of the service facility, which was very large and had a nice waiting area. This was the 5th car I have leased (2 VWs and 2 other Volvos) and I am confident in stating that Prestige was one of the nicest, customer centric dealerships I have ever worked with. I will definitely be recommending this team in the future. More

The deal was terrific - the May event. My sales person, Chris, worked with me and I didn't feel pressured. However, once I committed to the deal, I did feel pressure to take delivery. I would suggest, however, that the add on options - tire/wheel protection, be brought up during the sales pitch not at the time of doing the paper work. From the first time I contacted this dealership and spoke with Paul, I felt that the staff was most interested in getting the best car for me. Both Paul and Marc are extremely pleasant to deal with and alway with Paul, I felt that the staff was most interested in getting the best car for me. Both Paul and Marc are extremely pleasant to deal with and always got back to me very quickly with answers to all of my questions. Unlike many dealers, Paul and Marc offered calm, level-headed information rather than hype and pressure. On pricing, I got a deal superior to what was offered to me at other dealerships. Their finance manager (Pat) is very experienced and made this part of the process a breeze! A special thanks to all of you for making my "Prestige experience" a very enjoyable one!! More
