Patricia  “Patty” Alvarado was excellent. She greeted me and my wife the moment we got out our vehicle on the Hollywood Kia lot. Although she probably feels like she does not speak perfect English, she did her best and went to others who spoke English to make sure we understood her message. The experience was 5/5 I was thoroughly impressed to get the vehicle the same day at the price range I requested. The manager came over to help assist Patricia get me the monthly payment o desired and my wife and I was ecstatic. The kids are also thrilled with the decision we made. I was told to come by this Saturday to fill out a survey for Patricia to receive a full tank of gas.  Jesus, the finance rep also guaranteed a tank a gas if I filled out the survey regarding the insurance rep who helped me add the new car to my already existing insurance, and himself. The sales manager I had was completely unknowledgeable about the vehicle, it's features and consistently was distracted and ignoring me as a customer on site. The vehicle has a scratch on the rear bumper about the vehicle, it's features and consistently was distracted and ignoring me as a customer on site. The vehicle has a scratch on the rear bumper which I was told would be fixed when they cleaned it. I then went outside to retreive my new vehicle after waiting for 5 hours and having to go to the desk multiple times to ask status and the scratch was still there, the vehicle was not even clean. Patricia told me not to worry about the scratch and to just take the vehicle, which I had to go back inside for the manager on, as a new car it should be in pristine condition. I ended up having to go back to the dealership for the scratch & cleaning plus window tinting. Again, the scratch still wasn't handled as I was told now it needs to be replaced. I also was told by Mayo that the vehicle was being detailed after it was tinted and I came out to the same dirty vehicle with glue on the car and the still visible scratch, which I spent another 3 hours waiting for. The excuse was they couldn't detail the outside of the vehicle because 2 interior windows were tinted, which isn't even a correct statement as the two have nothing to do with each other. The unbelievable lack of customer service and condition in which the car was given to me is completely unacceptable and the lack of professionalism in the entire team besides Bryan with finance is preposterous. I would never come back to purchase a vehicle here and I would never recommend anyone else to. I am still waiting on a call back for the bumper and detailing. More
