Maybe They were very nice. I am trying to write this though being frustrated. I went in to have a recall checked/fixed and to receive a free oil change (fi They were very nice. I am trying to write this though being frustrated. I went in to have a recall checked/fixed and to receive a free oil change (first one is on them). I was informed that I would have to wait to get my locks fixed. Ok, I understand. They gave me my free oil change. Thank you. Where I have caution is the fact that I was at 19,000 miles on a diesel truck. I needed to change my fuel filters and change my air filter. Nothing was discussed with me. There was no “hey, in 1000 miles you need this....”. Nothing. This is preventative maintence. This is coming from the same dealer that told me “this is your first diesel truck, you need to keep up with the extra cost and maintence”. I just felt like I was a number and there was no individual atentcion to my vehicle. The people are very nice. Everybody smiled and seem to enjoy their jobs. Just very busy. Side note: I own a Buick also. Every time I went in for service they detailed my SUV. You will not get that here. More

Great service on oil & filter change and tire rotation. They were very friendly and got the work done in a very timely manner which I needed because of my schedule that day. Excellent service and personable I came in to do a routine oil change on my 2017 Ford Focus ST and asked them to check my alignment because I had recently had new all season Goodyear I came in to do a routine oil change on my 2017 Ford Focus ST and asked them to check my alignment because I had recently had new all season Goodyear eagle sport tires installed at a Goodyear service center and they said my right rear wheel was out of alignment due to needing a rear upper control arm adjustment and they couldn’t because they needed a part from the manufacturer. My service rep checked my alignment at no cost to me and reported what exactly I needed to get repaired to fix the out of spec alignment and he was honest with me on high of priority this repair should be. Definitely will continue to go to Laird Noller Ford service center. More

Frustrated The last two service visits have been frustrating. The first time my car was difficult to diagnose the problem with the breaks and we had issues with The last two service visits have been frustrating. The first time my car was difficult to diagnose the problem with the breaks and we had issues with my husband being picked up and told it was ready. When in reality the car was not ready. We decided that we were not going to use Laird Noller again, but I do have brand loyalty and my family has used Laird Noller for years (in Lawrence). So I figured we should be ok for an oil change and the close proximity to my work was a bonus. I made an appointment for 8am on 11/2 for the oil change and rode the curtesy car to work. Things went well! Unfortunately, my child was sick at school. I called the shop at 1:04pm to arrange pickup and to get my car. The service dept said it wasn’t done yet but they could see about moving it up. At this point I told them I needed picked up and needed my car as my child is my priority. I waited for the car and at the 45 min mark I called the shop. Spoke to a staff memember and they said the car driver had left “10 min ago in a real hurry and I will check on it.” I explained that I was less than 10 min away and had not seen the driver yet. At 2:04pm the driver arrived. I had resigned that my personal emergency is not not the dealer’s emergency and resigned that I shouldn’t be upset. When I got in the car I asked the driver when he was notified to pick me up and he said “2pm when I got back from lunch.” At this point I was frustrated. I voiced my frustration with the Service Staff. They kindly worked with me and I appreciate that, but I still truely feel that the communication and processes failed in my recent Laird Noller visits. More

Terrible customer service I had a recall that needed a quick fix and was told to bring my car in early in the morning. I walked into the service office and four guys were worki I had a recall that needed a quick fix and was told to bring my car in early in the morning. I walked into the service office and four guys were working away at their computers and it took about 4-5 awkward minutes before I was even acknowledged! Then when I picked the car up in the afternoon, I got the exact same treatment. I was then directed to see the cashier, so I walked up and she was taking some notes and it took her a good minutes to minute and a half to finish her notes, stuff them in a file and then ask how she could help me. No, “I’ll be with you in a moment” nothing. I am sure she was aware I was there. Then I was given a receipt and sent back to the service center where someone would bring my car to me. It took nearly 10 minutes for my car to be brought to me, although I could see it parked just outside the doors and I could have easily walked to it and moved forward with my day. Terrible experience!! Avoid the service department at all costs unless you enjoy rude employees and bad customer service. More
