On the date of 10/12/21 at your Cropsey Ave service center, I was highly upset and disappointed with services rendered. I travel some time to keep my appointments, so it is baffling that an appointment center, I was highly upset and disappointed with services rendered. I travel some time to keep my appointments, so it is baffling that an appointment set for 12pm would run as long as 3 and a half HOURS; for something as simple as a PATCHED TIRE. I understand delays in service due to volume, however what transpired is nothing short of RIDICULOUS. To feel relieved that I didn't have to leave my vehicle; as MANY customers were forced to do so, shouldn't be the benchmark of satisfaction. In conclusion, I do hope that this was more of an anomaly than what is to be expected going forward. More
