I had a great buying experience at the dealership. When we did hit a bump along the way the team (sales and service) came up with solutions to resolve the issue. I had a great experience with the dealership for the.buying process it was. The brakes needed ro be changed so I wasn't going to take it home right away so qhen I came back to pick it up a button th the.buying process it was. The brakes needed ro be changed so I wasn't going to take it home right away so qhen I came back to pick it up a button that closes the trunk was no longer working as it was before. I told the guy he came checked it out and said 'it was working before" I agreed and he said maybe a fuse was blown so he went and wrote me a promissory note that says it will be fixed. When I brought it back to get it fixed the guy made up some story about it never working and they weren't going to fix it because they had to replace the whole mechanism in order to fix it. Needless to say I don't like arguing so I just left but I know that it was working because u stood there and watched him press it and watched it go down before I even purchased. Now I'm stuck with a promissory note that DONT MEAN NOTHING APPARENRLY. And a button that still doesn't work. More
