I have experienced one of the most egregious lemon jobs since buying a car from a distant cousin. The car had a few problems, and the dealership said they would fix any problems that the vehicle may have. since buying a car from a distant cousin. One week after getting the car an $1800 problem occurred out of nowhere and then on top of that, my wife's car won't be ready for pickup for 2 1/2 weeks. What would you call my experience? So nightmare works for me! More

Went in to browse their cars, ended up buying one on the spot. I mentioned I had 3 price ranges in mind, low, medium, and high, and their staff took the time to show me cars in all three ranges. I didn't ge spot. I mentioned I had 3 price ranges in mind, low, medium, and high, and their staff took the time to show me cars in all three ranges. I didn't get the feeling that they were trying to upsell me something expensive. The whole process felt like they were just trying to help match me with what I wanted. After I purchased the car, they sat with me and guided me through the car features and helped me install an app to connect to the car. All and all, the entire process felt smooth and complete. It was a good experience. More

My wife and I recently purchased a non-BMW pre-owned vehicle and our sales consultant Patrick A and sales manager Tommy S were both fantastic! Very informative and professional. We had a couple of concerns with the vehicle and both were handled very efficiently. Vehicle delivery and financing were very smooth. The factory maintenance light came on about 40 days after purchase and when I took it to my local Benz dealer I was told all maintenance was current and my vehicle was in perfect shape!
