Easy and flexible. I ordered a 2017 A4 AllRoad from Audi Beaverton to get all the options that I wanted and none that I didn't. It was an easy process; I did it on-line and over the phone. The factory upgraded my order to a 2018 at no additional charge since they did the new model change over early. The sales team mapped over my requirements to the new model offerings which were slightly different in 2018. When I picked up the car, I signed all the papers in less than 10 minutes. More

My husband and I visited the showroom both let Patrick know that we were intending to purchase a used Audi from a Tacoma dealer. Patrick was willing to chat with us and thought the price the other dealership listed was fair. And, no pressure to buy from him. But after another visit to the showroom and more conversations were purchased from Beaverton Audi. The process was simple and fair. And, I love the car. More

This should be the Industry Standard As any consumer does, you shop around for the best deal even after a positive experience. However when that trend of great experiences exceeds your ex As any consumer does, you shop around for the best deal even after a positive experience. However when that trend of great experiences exceeds your expectations, that now becomes a Standard. I can honestly say as a consumer where I have shopped around before each purchase, coming back to the Industry Standard and have them exceed your expectations not once, but now four times is exceptional in it's own right. With another Audi dealership very close by, one can become complacent and return to the closet one, but I didn't and shopped the other dealership as well. Showrooms are comparable, product offering, they are come from the same source, no issues there and people, well both dealerships have great people. Consumer experience, attention to detail and customer service, to consider the whole package, Sunset is where they have managed to corral this experience into one where they knocked it out of the park. Patrick Curb has serviced me throughout the years and his level to detail and attention to the small things has not dropped one iota, rather I would say he has stepped up his game and continued to be the face of forward progress for the Brand and this dealership. I have worked with Brad Russell previously in purchasing a custom Audi RS5 and he was an excellent person to work with. No pressure, detailed oriented, knowledgeable about the product. There was a good value used Q7 at Beaverton Audi that we were interested in. Unfortunately we found the seats uncomfortable, but they had two new Q7s on site with different engines for us to try. Overall we spent many hours driving 3 cars, poking and prodding at the seats and figuring out what to do. Everybody was very patient and we closed a great deal on our new car at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend any of the people that I worked with again. In fact, we are probably going back for another car there soon. I should note that I live a 3 hour drive away (Brad used to work locally and moved a few years back) but it was worth it to get the experience I desired. More

High Expectations We just purchased our 4th Audi, 2nd from Sunset. We've serviced our cars at Sunset for over a decade. I never feel like Sunset is trying to sell me so We just purchased our 4th Audi, 2nd from Sunset. We've serviced our cars at Sunset for over a decade. First off, we had a great experience with Patrick Curb, who not only was funny, but he took the time to explain details re: the car, financing options, he listened carefully to our needs/wants, and found the Q3 that met our color and accessory hopes. Thus, we had to wait more than 24 hours for our car to be delivered as it was enroute from Europe. Thank you! We love how it looks and how it performs. During the time that we eagerly awaited our new car, my old car broke down. I called Sunset Audi and they gave me a Q3 loaner until the our purchased vehicle arrived. How great is that! You have an exceptional salesman in Patrick Curb. I have already referred 2 families to him. Being aesthetically inclined, you have a lovely showroom and a very nice cappuccino available whenever I come in. Nice. Even your restroom is stylish and the whole facility is spotless. The gentleman who prepared the financing was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Patrick has offered a follow up to fine tune our skills with the electronics and answer any other questions that we have. I will definitely take him up on that. We love our new Q3!
