First off, we had a great experience with Patrick Curb, who not only was funny, but he took the time to explain details re: the car, financing options, he listened carefully to our needs/wants, and found the Q3 that met our color and accessory hopes. Thus, we had to wait more than 24 hours for our car to be delivered as it was enroute from Europe. Thank you! We love how it looks and how it performs. During the time that we eagerly awaited our new car, my old car broke down. I called Sunset Audi and they gave me a Q3 loaner until the our purchased vehicle arrived. How great is that! You have an exceptional salesman in Patrick Curb. I have already referred 2 families to him. Being aesthetically inclined, you have a lovely showroom and a very nice cappuccino available whenever I come in. Nice. Even your restroom is stylish and the whole facility is spotless. The gentleman who prepared the financing was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Patrick has offered a follow up to fine tune our skills with the electronics and answer any other questions that we have. I will definitely take him up on that. We love our new Q3!
