Patrick gave me such a good experience even though he knew my chances of buying (being out of town visitors) are low - that I decided to give him my business solely on the customer service he provided. And that customer service continued with follow ups - making sure everything is handled with little effort on my end. Straight forward. Helpful. Fair. I contacted the dealer with a very specific interest at 2pm. By 5pm I was in the dealership attended by Patrick. Before my arrival he had prepared the car that met my interest as well as a proposal on my trade. A quick test drive later we discussed numbers and were into paperwork. Between David and Patrick the paperwork process was done with the utmost efficiency and I was in my way. Overall, a great experience. More

Patrick raises the bar for service! I recently purchased my 3rd Q7 from Patrick @ Audi Beaverton. My previous experience with purchasing cars was not pleasant. Before purchasing my fir I recently purchased my 3rd Q7 from Patrick @ Audi Beaverton. My previous experience with purchasing cars was not pleasant. Before purchasing my first Q7 (which was a certified used car), I was ready to purchase two other cars from separate dealerships but they made me wait so long I got irritated and left. Patrick and all the other staff at Beaverton did just the opposite - they wanted to understand my needs, they rarely made me wait more then a few minutes and I walked away pleased with my purchase and having no regrets. My next two experiences were exactly the same. The service department (specifically Corey), always makes me feel like I am his only customer. Before my experience with Patrick and Beaverton Audi, I had no loyalty to any dealer and hated the idea of having to buy a car. Now, I look forward to it and can't imagine going anywhere else. BTW - The last car I purchased was a 2017 Audi Q7 and it is truly the most amazing car I have ever owned. There is nothing about the car I dislike and so many things I absolutely love. This car is a game changer! More

Car dealerships are notorious for applying huge amounts of pressure to "get in that care today".. like the local BMW dealer. Craig F., his sales associates and management supporting him have been phenomenally patient and supportive. No pressure! Thanks Haven't purchased yet and if I decide to purchase an Audi, it will be here and I'll be updating the review to reflect how well they do on price, service, etc. More

Place to go for European Delivery! I was in the market for a new S5 and during the process decided that I wanted to make this a European Delivery. I called over to Sunset and was direc I was in the market for a new S5 and during the process decided that I wanted to make this a European Delivery. I called over to Sunset and was directed to Patrick Curb. Patrick was very familiar, comfortable and confident about the program. The paperwork and process was not complicated, easy to follow. Patrick was an excellent liaison throughout the process, Audi itself treats you wonderfully during the pick, driving the car in Europe for a while was wonderful and the arrangements to ship it back to Sunset were simple, transparent and performed quickly. Once the car hit the Sunset, they spiffed it all up, removing 4000 miles of road grime and wear so I felt I was stepping into a brand new car for a second time in a couple of months! I would recommend Sunset in general and Patrick Curb in particular for any Audi purchase you are considering. More
