We purchased a Yukon Denali from Marquardt of Barrington last night and it was the most seamless, fast and enjoyable experience we have ever had as car buyers. We came in with our two small children at 5:30 last night and it was the most seamless, fast and enjoyable experience we have ever had as car buyers. We came in with our two small children at 5:30pm and not only did the dealership have a great kids play section but Miguel, Dave & Patrick knew we needed them to make this process quick, we were done by 6:30pm. We rarely post reviews but the level of customer service we received while at Marquardt of Barrington was outstanding and deserves to be recognized. If you are looking to buy a new vehicle make sure you buy it from Miguel or Dave! They are amazing humans and you will walk away feeling confident you made the right decision. Also, a huge shout out to Patrick to made the financing quick and easy too. All and all, 10/10 car buying experience! Plus the dealership, itself, is beautiful, clean and extremely welcoming. More
