My experience on having my 2024 RC 350 F Sport serviced on Saturday was from a 1st Class Service Department and Merchandise store. what i thought should have been a pleasent encounter with salesman jelani gaynor turned out to be devoid of the traditional lexus experience after purshasing a lexus rx 350 f sport.it was complete with all salesman jelani gaynor turned out to be devoid of the traditional lexus experience after purshasing a lexus rx 350 f sport.it was complete with all the negative conotations of the proverbal used car salesman.(overselling ,under performing and lack of a thorough knowledge of this vehicle). upon delivery of the vehicle to my home, condescendingly he handed me the keys and papers and stated all i needed to know was included in the papers. when questions were asked he noted that he refused to answer any questions and that he had to leave. it should be noted tha in the papers included a inspection certificate with a sales delivery checklist already completed afirming that the delivery conforms with the traditional lexus experience which never took place. after requesting support from albert meeks for help in understanding my vehicle, ifortunately the traditional lexus experence was reawaken with my encounter with a most plesant patrick antar.i was throughly pleased with his presantation and knowledge..i can't say enough about patrick antar. More
