My car was totaled out and so we needed to find a new car. I went online and researched so many cars. I really liked the 2025 Hyundai Venure at Jenkins. I received a text and phone call from Carolyn she car. I went online and researched so many cars. I really liked the 2025 Hyundai Venure at Jenkins. I received a text and phone call from Carolyn she said she was off on Sunday when I explained it was my husband’s only day off she decided to come in so we could text drive the car. She had it ready to go. We really enjoyed and liked the way the car drove and looked. When we explained about the insurance for the car she got Patrick from financing for us. He said we were good to go and got us a we felt a great deal on the car. He went over all our options and let us decide what we wanted which thank goodness included purchasing our gap insurance from them. He got our payments as close as he could and the best interest rates he could. We bought our car! Carolyn went above and beyond for us she even helped get the car insured by talking to our agent and giving them all the information needed and printed out the insurance card for us to keep in our car. As much as we hated having to buy a new car I’m so thankful that we picked a dealership that employees such wonderful caring knowledgeable and respectful people. Will be recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Thank you all for making our experience as painless and stressful as possible. Loving our new car! More

As I am elderly and on a walker, obviously handicapped, it was most distressing to walk the length of the building about 7 times during this buying process. At no time did any of the Jenkins team suggest w it was most distressing to walk the length of the building about 7 times during this buying process. At no time did any of the Jenkins team suggest ways to eliminate these walks. Ways like moving Garrett to an office nearer the finance person., and others. Do they treat all handicapped prospective buyers with such discourtesy? More

They did not tell me the car had 421 miles on it. I didn’t realize it until I took it home.
