I agreed by phone with sales manager Tim on a vehicle price and trade-in value. When I arrived, salesperson Damien Pirtchard showed me the car along with accessories such as weather mats and a road kit, price and trade-in value. When I arrived, salesperson Damien Pirtchard showed me the car along with accessories such as weather mats and a road kit, presenting them as included. After the test drive, the dealership did not honor the agreed price, leading to further negotiation involving sales manager Charles Huxoll. We eventually agreed on a price and I signed the paperwork. Only after signing, as I was about to leave, I discovered that all the accessories had been removed. Damien then stated they were taken out to meet the agreed price. This was never disclosed during negotiations. Had I known, I would not have agreed to the deal. Withholding this information until after signing is negotiating in bad faith, and I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. More
