Terribly SLOW service. Dropped car off at 11:30; called at 2:30 to see if done (inspection , tire rotation, oil change. ). Was put off but was dropped off shortly thereafter at the dealership. My bet is t at 2:30 to see if done (inspection , tire rotation, oil change. ). Was put off but was dropped off shortly thereafter at the dealership. My bet is that they didn’t start working on it until I called. Finally got out of there a little before 4. Last time I was in it was also very slow. This time just 2 people In the waiting room. Lots of employees milling around kind of aimlessly. I was furious by the time I left. Must find another dealership because it is just too frustrating dealing with Concordville. Didn’t catch anybody’s name as no one left a good impression. Was not offered the complimentary wash. More

After many times complaining about a problem, Matt the new service manager listened to me and rode the vehicle and agreed their was a problem. I dropped the car off last week and after a week,they return new service manager listened to me and rode the vehicle and agreed their was a problem. I dropped the car off last week and after a week,they returned my rogue to me repaired. They discovered a service bulletin and other suspension problems. The car rides like a new car. I want to thank Matt as more people should be like him. Also Pat in the service writer team is great. More

They went above and beyond the call of service. The service team did everything in their power to ensure that my issue was resolved! The service assistant Pat search high and low to make sure I had acc service team did everything in their power to ensure that my issue was resolved! The service assistant Pat search high and low to make sure I had access to a rental vehicle during the time of my repairs. I would refer this location to anyone that I encountered with a need for high quality service. In one word I’d say my experience was…STELLAR!!! More

Poor to zero communication; no call backs to promises made to return my call. disorganized; service department wasn’t sure if my part was in until I had to stop into the dealership after 6 weeks of waiti made to return my call. disorganized; service department wasn’t sure if my part was in until I had to stop into the dealership after 6 weeks of waiting which I was told it would take 5 days. The part has been in and I never received a call. Not customer focused! More

I brought my vehicle in because my key fob wasn’t working. Your recommendations was that I take care of a recall on my vehicle and that I replace two lug nuts and a stud. You replaced the engine cont working. Your recommendations was that I take care of a recall on my vehicle and that I replace two lug nuts and a stud. You replaced the engine control modual which was the supposed recall. No other issues stated to me. Three days later my car starts making a very loud noise and has a strong odor of fumes. I contact you and bring it back and now you claim I need to replace the oil cooler and seal and that I need to replace the exhaust manifold and gasket because theres cracks and leaking. My vehicle had no fumes and no noise before bringing it in to check my key fob. If that was the case wouldn’t you have noticed this when you performed the safety inspection that you gave me a copy of? I guess the saying is true, “the dealership fixes one thing and tears another up to keep you coming back. I spent the whole day yesterday trying to contact Matt the Service Manager, he wouldn’t even answer my calls and still hasn’t returned my phone calls. I will never recommend Concordville Nissan and nor will I ever bring any vehicle to you again. More
