Waiting at service door at 7:30,the door did not open until 7:38. Short line of cars in front of me, Car Done at 9:28,almost 2 hours for a inspection and emissions. Could not make an appointment for wha until 7:38. Short line of cars in front of me, Car Done at 9:28,almost 2 hours for a inspection and emissions. Could not make an appointment for whatever reason (because that would make sense? ) Have been a Rothrock customer for 42 years and I know we are in strange times but ,wouldn't things be easier with appointments?
