terrible I dropped my car off the day before since the service appointment was at 8:30am. I arrived at 4pm and they hadn’t even started my service. All I was s I dropped my car off the day before since the service appointment was at 8:30am. I arrived at 4pm and they hadn’t even started my service. All I was scheduled was my inspections. It took them about 15 minutes from when they brought my car into the garage to finish. I was also told I’d my inspection would be free but was still charged. More

Murano I have a 2010 Murano that did not want to go when you stepped on the gas and it would finally catch up to itself and go. I had to be careful when at a I have a 2010 Murano that did not want to go when you stepped on the gas and it would finally catch up to itself and go. I had to be careful when at a stop sign leaving myself enough time to pull out safely because of this problem. Brought it to Rothrock they found the air intake was cracked normal wear and tear on a vehicle this age. They put a new intake on and my Murano runs like a champ again. Service was fast and everyone was great from start to finish. Thank you! More
