Great job I had a brake issue with my car, Talked to Simone at 4:00pm on a Friday and they looked at it on Saturday and fixed it on busy schedule. Service Department I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership. The service department here is by far the worst. I have been having issues with a specific thing wit I recently leased a vehicle from this dealership. The service department here is by far the worst. I have been having issues with a specific thing with the car and when you try to make an appointment you can never get in touch with a live person. They never call you back and so on. Unfortunately I am going to have to deal with this until the time is up. I had issues with them regarding other things and customer service so being the nice person I always give people a second chance. Well after this experience I am oh so done with this dealership. More

Great service I brought my Dodge Caravan in for service because the AC fan was getting noisy. The service manager (Patrick Jeffers) listened to my explanation and o I brought my Dodge Caravan in for service because the AC fan was getting noisy. The service manager (Patrick Jeffers) listened to my explanation and offered some possible reasons for the noise. He turned out to be right on, the noise was caused by debris that had gotten into the fan compartment. The technician cleaned out the debris and installed a new cabin filter and the noise was gone and the AC fan is running perfectly. More
