Oil change I took my 2019 Sorento in for its first oil change. The service guy was very pleasant as usual. He told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I took my 2019 Sorento in for its first oil change. The service guy was very pleasant as usual. He told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t take nearly that long. Everyone there has always been very nice and very helpful. This is my 2nd Kia I have bought from there. I would and have highly recommended buying a vehicle from them. More

I bought my 2015 Kia Forte at Stevenson new and have loved this car. I have been giving 5 stars to the service dept. since the beginning. I recently considered a trade because of the persistence of Jake loved this car. I have been giving 5 stars to the service dept. since the beginning. I recently considered a trade because of the persistence of Jake Baker. His manner was both professional and non-pressured. Because he was such a great salesman I thought he deserved a chance. Almost worked too, However, when one of the sales managers intervened I was completely put off by his high pressure demeaning approach. Even tried a scare tactic thinking this old guy was old looking and also old thinking. I did not appreciate his tactics. Tons of praise for Jake Baker and Coastal Kia is home but I will not deal with that guy again. Don A. King More

Awesome Team Our original salesman was relatively new and wasn't sure of himself. We gave him a figure of $10,000 and he showed us 2 cars in that price range. Wh Our original salesman was relatively new and wasn't sure of himself. We gave him a figure of $10,000 and he showed us 2 cars in that price range. When it came down to it, they were both over our limit but the sales manager stepped in and got the price of one of them down. The manager was very helpful as was Pat Kabala. I would do business there again as well as recommend it to friends. This is my 4th Kia purchase and have always been very satisfied with the dealership. More
