Very upset with your dealership. I came. To have my tire checked- rotated and oil changed. You did not put filter back or gasket back correctly and I had oil leaking. On the road I h I came. To have my tire checked- rotated and oil changed. You did not put filter back or gasket back correctly and I had oil leaking. On the road I had an engine overheat light and when I talked to you wa stood oh it’s just a computer glitch. It happened twice. We had to go to Valvoline to have then re do the oil filter. Your service center completely messed it up. Not only will I never go back- I want a refund and will share a negative review. In addition- you said my titanium rim was bent and you would bang it out? Really? Not safe and but warranteed. Not safe. I am shocked how unprofessional My experience was. Would like my money reimbursed for my follow up with Valvoline and now will Have to go to my local dealer to ensure everything is ok. More

THE ENTIRE CREW AT COASTAL KIA WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH. NEEDED A COUPLE OF THINGS FOR OUR 2014 SOUL AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A 9:30 APPT ON 9-7-2022. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AND ATTEM TO DEAL WITH. NEEDED A COUPLE OF THINGS FOR OUR 2014 SOUL AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAD A 9:30 APPT ON 9-7-2022. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP AND ATTEMPTED TO GET CHECKED IN, THE EMPLOYEE WAS ADAMANT TGAT HE SAW NO APPOINTMENT FOR MY CAR THERE EVER! WELL, I INSISTED THAT I DID AND HE DID NOT ARGUE WITH ME, JUST DID THE INTAKE AND PROCESSED ME IN WE FIGURED IT WOULD BE A FEW HOURS, BUT MY TECH ADVISOR CALLED ME AFTER 45 MINUTES AND GAVE OUR ESTIMATE FOR ALL NEEDED MAINTENANCE ITEMS (AND WE DID GO WITH ALL RECOMMENDED PROCEDURES) HE SAID HE FIGURED OUT WHY I WAS NOT IN HUS SYSTEM. My APPOINTMENT WAS MADE IN WILMINGTON, DELAWARE!!!!!LOL ONLY 559 MILES AWAY. We both had a good laugh and I couldn’t have asked for a better maintenance experience than I got from the incredible team at COASTAL KIA OF WILMINGTON, NC!!! More
