Exceptional Sales Service Went to the dealer in the off chance of getting into a new truck. Spoke with the internet sales team and then I just showed up unannounced and was me Went to the dealer in the off chance of getting into a new truck. Spoke with the internet sales team and then I just showed up unannounced and was meet with a smile. The salesman (Justin) I spoke with was tied up in another deal but took a minute to bring in another team member (Robert) who immediately made me his priority. We looked at a Tundra and he had them verify my trade and ran all the numbers, I was in a time crunch and had to leave but was told he would call me soon as he knew anything. I was not expecting much with my credit rating but they never gave up and got me a deal I never would have imagined. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the sales team I had and the finance group you have for making this happen. I have bought a number of cars during my time and have never had service like I received from NorthPark. Thanks again for getting me everything I wanted and more. More
