I purchased a used car, one owner, in excellent condition; however, there were some areas I wanted touched up. The service department was outstanding!!! Bobby assured us that our needs would be met, and they most certainly were!!! Upon completion, the car literally looked brand new!!! They were very particular of the details I had wanted addressed!!! I could not be happier with my purchase...I absolutely love my new car!!! It is simply amazing!!! We reached out online last week, and on Friday my spouse test drove it. By Monday, I was able to go for a test drive. We live an hour away. Talk about one happy woman! My first car I've purchased for myself and from a dealership. Paramount personnel are top notch! They treated us kindly, weren't pushy like some dealerships we'd shopped at, and were very transparent in what they could or couldn't do to help us. I am one very happy mama and we had a very ecstatic three year old little girl when we got home. We are calling the car our 'Frozen' car based on the color of the vehicle. Patrick L. is the person you want to talk to if you choose Paramount Volks/Volvo/Porsche. He treats you as if he's known you for years and is so personable.
