I’ve bought 3 vehicles from them in the last year and half. Each time was without a doubt, the least stressful and easy way of buying a car. Two have been used and one brand new. Even the used vehicles were treated as if they were brand new and the inspections they do on them are very detailed. Nothing leaves the lot unless it’s in top notch order. I go out of my way to use their service department any chance I get. Their advisors are eager to assist and troubleshoot. They go as far as to try and eliminate any possibilities even before to check in your vehicle and pay someone to find out it was something simple. If you are in need of a new or used car, or just service on any FoMoCo product, I’d highly recommend this dealer. More

Purchasing a vehicle ON Dec.2016, late husband JOHN Swelander, and Lo Ann bought a Ford Escape. It was red all shell drive.I never got to drive it.But John turned the vehicle over to me as he had gone into hospice for 1 1/2 months. July 16th 2017 he passed and I became owner. So went to Florida with widow girl friend. Came back called my detailed DanLavacot, cleaned my car took it down to JOE BRIMS ,AGAIN got the BEST trade in possible.you would,by believe the trade in with same type except this time 4 wheel drive got to have it living up here. Cinnamon metallic, WOW . All the new options that wer,nt. Came with the vehicle. HEATED SEATS, LUGGAGE RACK .WOW. JOE REMEMBERED ME FROM LAST TIME THE BESTEST. I MEAN IT. Got a 2018 and this time I leased it. For 2yrs. Listen DARLINS, IT,S THE ONLY WAY TO GO. BABY. The people Levy, Heidi, Irena, Jennell. All the people were awesome. Too much fun and excitement.ALL YOU PEOPLE WHO GO THERE AND COMPLAINE ABOUT PERSNICKETY THINGS STOP IT there not always going to be remodeling. It,s like your house don't we remodeled. My F 150 purchase at Hudson Ford. My initial contact with Hudson Ford was through on-line chat with Ashley. She did not have an answer to my specific question about trailer brake wirin My initial contact with Hudson Ford was through on-line chat with Ashley. She did not have an answer to my specific question about trailer brake wiring for the F 150 I was interested in but she passed my inquiry on to Randy Krig in the sales department and he contacted me promptly by telephone. Randy was very helpful in answering all of my questions and did an excellent job of going over all of the new features available on the F 150 that my wife and I were unfamiliar with. He went over everything thoroughly with us before our test drive and then went over it all again when we picked up our new truck a few days later. Randy is an excellent asset to Hudson Ford's sales team for his personable and non pressure sales techniques as well as his extensive knowledge of Ford products. We have some difficulty coming to terms on the value of our 2011 Ford Ranger trade with Mike Holly on our initial visit to Hudson Ford but after completing some additional research on the value of our Ranger I found that I may have been a little high on my expectations and we were able to compromise on the trade in and arrived at a price was acceptable to all parties. My wife Caroline and I have been exploring all of the new technology on our F 150 over the past few days and find it to be awesome. The rear cameras and trailer hook-up and backing technology will make things much nicer for Caroline to hook up and trailer her horse and I am pleased with the nice ride and added comfort that the F 150 delivers. We're very happy with the new F 150 and our experiences with the good folks at Hudson Ford. Thank You! More
