I hate the haggling, lack of transparency and just about everything that accompanies typical car salesmen and have had many, many experiences with what I would call downright jerks (and unpleasant memories of my family members having the same experiences). This was such a totally different experience from what I have been used to expecting. I saw the car I was interested in listed online without any photographs. I had emailed the dealership just wondering if any photos could be posted. Patrick was pretty prompt in texting some photos of the vehicle (I think this might have even been after-hours) to help me make my car-buying decision. What I appreciated most about everything was the transparency of it all, several times I was reassured of the total price of the vehicle up front with no tricks/gotchas. The vehicle was priced fairly and reasonably. I drove five and a half hours from Iowa (eleven hours total) and along the way questioned if I was wasting my time or if any gimmicks would be pulled last minute. I was very, very happy with how honest, fair, simple and transparent the whole process and experience was. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends/family. Thanks again! More

After the test drive we talked over some preliminary numbers on the value of my trade-in. After explaining that I wanted my wife to see the car before making a decision, there was no pressure whatsoever. After my wife had seen and driven the vehicle, we simply stated what our offer was and said that we didn't want to waste a lot of time if we weren't able to make the deal. Patrick wrote up our offer and took it to the Manager and I assume that he went to bat for us, since the offer was accepted! All in all, I feel that Patrick did a great job for us and couldn't have been more helpful or easy to work with. I would highly recommend that you visit him if you're in the market for a quality used car. After the deal was done, Donna McClearn made the paperwork/financing go quicker than I've ever experienced in any prior purchase of a new or used vehicle. I was literally driving the new car away approximately 1 hour after I arrived at the dealership!! More

Patrick let me know right away about my inquiry regarding the Pilot. I made dash down to Madison from Viroqua last Friday. When I arrived around 1:00 p.m., Patrick let me know that the Pilot was being cleaned and detailed. Glad that he had that done before I got there! I took the car out, drove it, came back, with P. meeting me in his office to discuss finances on the deal. It all worked out wonderfully, as we reached agreement on the price and benefits of the plan. I elected to go ahead and pay a little more for the three year extended warranty. I can't wait to get the Pilot out on the road with my little T@B camper trailer (the reason I traded in my CR-V for the Pilot) due to weight and towing needs. I've already talked to my friends about Schoepp motors and passed around Patrick's cards. I think somebody else from here may be soon heading down to Middleton for a good deal. Thanks Patrick. And after checking the BBB rating on other dealerships I made the choice to come to Schoepp Motors to see if they could help me. Patrick made it possible for me to get into a reliable and affordable car (My Honda Accord was on its last leg). Coming to Schoepp Motors I was treated fairly, promptly, and like I mattered. I drove home in a Chrysler 300 that very same day! I am extremely grateful for this second chance that Schoepp Motors has given me and cannot thank them enough! I am in LOVE with my new car and highly recommend them to anyone who is in search of a new car. More
