bad truck buy when i first got there to look at truck my sales guy brought out two trucks right a way and i thought this is going to go fast but i was way wrong. I when i first got there to look at truck my sales guy brought out two trucks right a way and i thought this is going to go fast but i was way wrong. I had to wait three hours due to having to wait for his boss who was out of town to call us back and then i had to ask someone to go through some of the features of the truck and had to let myself out of the garage. So after a few days i heard a noise and its new rotors i need with brake pads of course not covered under warranty so i am out $400 for this and the air filter was black so that shows you how the service dept did on checking the truck out. Now the turbo needs to be replaced and my ford dealer in my town says the truck came from canada which would of changed my mind on the truck also. I feel there was no honesty and was not a big deal leaving people just wait around forever buying. this is my last buy at that dealership. More

Started shopping around online on auto trader looking for a new jeep specifically a 2012 or newer wrangler had to be a six speed as well. Saw a 2dr wrangler that I really liked and emailed the dealership. Next day I got a phone call in the morning asking about what I was interested in. Said I couldn't decided between a 2dr and a 4dr. They happened to have a 4Dr as well with basically everything I wanted already. Drove down to the dealership and was instantly surprised. Hands down the nicest used car lot I have ever seen. I thought I was walking into like dodge dealership. Very clean and well maintained facility. They offered me plenty of water, coffee, snacks while I was doing business. Once I arrived in was probably in the vehicle that we discussed over the phone within 5 minutes for a test drive. When I got inside the vehicle despite it being basically 5 years old at this point, I was very impressed on how clean it was. I felt like I was buying a brand new car on the lot. Me being someone who has never really owned a newer vehicle within the last 6 years or so, I was so impressed. Compared to other used lots I've been to where the dealership really doesn't give that extra effort into literally making the vehicle look brand new, or let alone even doing services on the vehicle making sure it was in tip top shape. When I test drove the jeep every little test I had passed with flying colors. These guys are great! I can tell the mechanics really took there time making sure everything was good. The clutch felt like it wasn't even broken in yet, the brakes almost brand new, the tires still have easily 75 percent tread on them. These guys here were very patient with me as well, I was constantly going outside to talk to my wife to make sure this is what we wanted. On top of all the great service, they cut me a great deal that honestly I probably could have not gotten anywhere else. Patrick is a very respectable man that will bend over backwards for his customer, and Donna was super polite and super easy to work with. These guys are not out there to get ya, they are genuinely concerned on making sure they get the right vehicle to fit all your needs and at the right price. Never in my mind would I have thought that I was going to actually drive off the lot with that jeep, but I did! Im happy, the dogs are happy, the wife is happy. Happy wife happy life! Thanks for everything to the crew over at Schoepp Motors! You cut the stress level of our moving process easily in half. These guys care about the customer, and most importantly Army Veterans! A day after I placed my deposit I drove 1.5 hours to pick up the 2014 Camaro 1LE. Although his shift had ended, he had everything ready to go for when I got there. Easy transaction, and will consider again the next time I'm looking. More
