I cannot tell you how very grateful I am for the experience I had with Patrick. I contacted the dealership because I drive by it every day and couldn't help but wonder "what if?" I submitted an online application for the simple reason that my circumstances were/are more challenging than any sales person could imagine (well, in my mind they are)! At least by doing everything online, rejection is easier to swallow. Needless to say, when I actually received a call from Patrick, he presented me with the unexpected. In dealing with the reality that is mine, Patrick was sympathetic and understanding- but most importantly, he was HONEST! He never once made me feel that he was exploiting my situation, nor did he make me feel that I was any less of a customer than "the next guy". In fact, his genuine consideration and determination to offer me the best possible options were what made the purchase of my vehicle one of the most humbling and educational experiences of my life. He was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Patrick wasn't pushy, but it was clear that he was very professional after speaking with him for just a short time. We stopped at several dealerships on the way to Schoepp Motors and I was appalled at the inexperience, unprofessionalism and general lack of interest from other dealers and their sales agents. Once we arrived at Schoepp, it was clear after a short amount of time I could trust his judgement when buying a vehicle and for a family who only buys a slightly used vehicle every 8-10 year, this was extremely important to know and trust that we were getting the best vehicle for our money. As a marketing & sales professional myself, I understand the sales process and was very comfortable with the process at Schoepp Motors.
