Amazing experience I was preapproved with my credit union and went to buy car. Patrick took time to let me see the 4runner I thought I wanted but when I had reservations I was preapproved with my credit union and went to buy car. Patrick took time to let me see the 4runner I thought I wanted but when I had reservations about the lack of space in the 3rd row, he showed me the highlander and it was everything I wanted! They really worked with me on everything and treated me respectfully. When it came time to sign the agreement, they were able to offer me a better rate than my credit union. I am very impressed More

Patrick made the process very simple and he listened to me on what I wanted, what I needed, and what I will enjoy for years to come. Capital Toyota has exceeded everything that I wanted and needed in my purchase and the Tacoma is exactly what I needed to re-energize my life for a new chapter after my graduation for my Master's degree, which I was even able to get a discount on the Tacoma for just graduating. I have been dealing with Capital Toyota in services for several years and I have felt like they are one of the dealers in the area that is looking out for the customer instead of looking out for their selves.
