Purchase of the truck went smoothly, except for one item Great experience overall and the GM Eddie Triplett was able to correct one small challenge about lifetime warranty on truck purchased upon his return. HUGE Thank you to Patrick Shadrick who took care of fixing a simple issue of missing floor mats in our daughter’s RAV4 Hybrid lol!! He wasn’t our original salesman but he took the time to help. If I ask for a loaner, they bend over backwards to make sure that I have something to drive. I know the Service Advisers to the point that they know my budget and have my permission to fix whatever is needed without having to call me for approval (SUPER convenient) ! Amazing experience I was preapproved with my credit union and went to buy car. Patrick took time to let me see the 4runner I thought I wanted but when I had reservations I was preapproved with my credit union and went to buy car. Patrick took time to let me see the 4runner I thought I wanted but when I had reservations about the lack of space in the 3rd row, he showed me the highlander and it was everything I wanted! They really worked with me on everything and treated me respectfully. When it came time to sign the agreement, they were able to offer me a better rate than my credit union. I am very impressed More
