Patrick helped me get set up for my first oil change I was told the wait would be an hour for an oil change and it was accurate. We decided to lease a new CRV and it was a great experience! Patrick did a nice job explaining everything to my wife and I. We took the new vehicle for a test drive and Patrick provided great insight to the enhancements that Honda made to the 2019 models. He answered all our questions regarding price points and paperwork. Was very prompt and responsive. When the car was ready for us, Patrick provided a complete walk-through and made sure all details were covered. A very positive experience! More
