Each and every person I dealt with provided excellent customer service. Carlos patiently helped me to understand so may things. Patrick answered all my financial questions, one of the car detailers walked me (not directed or told but actually walked me) to the service mgr as did the cleaning young man (who keeps a beautiful showroom) assist with finding the restrooms (maybe tmi but so helpful!).
