Excellent experience I recently purchased a 2015 Highlander. I spoke with Patrick Sliney over the phone. I also was lucky enough to find him available when I went in to I recently purchased a 2015 Highlander. I spoke with Patrick Sliney over the phone. I also was lucky enough to find him available when I went in to test drive the vehicle. He was wonderful throughout the whole experience. I have put off purchasing a vehicle for over 24 years because of having to put up with pushy salesmen. Patrick was not pushy but he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and put me at ease. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. My whole experience at Elk Grove Toyota was above board. The whole staff was very helpful in every aspect. In the Finance Department I spoke with Jay Chhim. He was very patient and helpful. A lot has changed in 24 years. I felt totally at ease and confident with the programs that were explained to me. And Patrick I hope you are still there when I need another new car! More
