He did all the paper work and showed me the different colors of the car. Very easy to talk to and kept the conversation going! Definitely knows his material!! He made the trip easy and very quick! Very professional staff and no pressure sales . I purchased my 2001 Toyota 4 runner from a private party in 2002. It has been a great vehicle, and I have had no problems with it, but since it has 273,500 miles on it, I decided to visit Elk Grove Toyota to see what the new Rav 4 was like. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Daniel Napoles.Daniel was very professional ,knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all to buy, until I was ready. He was with me from day one when I first drove the Rav4, until I decided to make my purchase over a month later. He even allowed me to bring my large Labrador in to see if he would fit in the back of the Rav4. I really appreciate Daniels hard work and highly recommend Daniel and the staff at Elk Grove Toyota if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Patrick and John were both very patient and I think the greatest thing was their sense of humor because my family and I liked to joke around a lot. Glad they understand sarcasm and yet all jokes aside got us out of there with the car we wanted. Patrick even called after for a follow and said if we wanted to tint our windows, he has a contact for us, which I thought was amazing customer service. Give him a 10 for his customer service for being effective and efficient. Also Janette (sorry if I spelled that wrong) she showed us all the features on our car at the end after handing me my keys. I thought that was a nice touch and John the manager came by to congratulate us and say bye. Those were unexpected since my last car buying (from somewhere else) didn't offer that. My visit and purchase was very nice and we got the car! :) More

We just bought our 4th new Prius Jeremy Coffelt and Patrick Sliney were both very helpful in purchasing our 4th new Toyota Prius since 2002. We liked the 2002 so much, we got a 2006, Jeremy Coffelt and Patrick Sliney were both very helpful in purchasing our 4th new Toyota Prius since 2002. We liked the 2002 so much, we got a 2006, and then we bought a 2010 Prius. We decided to buy a new 2015 Prius since Toyota is changing the new amenities for the 2016, and eliminating the moon/sun roof, and the solar panel to charge the AC and fan motor when the car is hot. This is a very unique feature that Toyota has offered since 2010, and now is no longer going to be offered. Jeremy Coffelt and Patrick Sliney were both very helpful locating our new 2015 Prius, and making the arrangements to trade our old 2010 Prius. I would recommend Elk Grove Toyota and the sales staff to help with your next new car purchase. More
