Subsequently, I was transferred to another sales associate. While initially courteous, this individual quickly adopted the same disrespectful demeanor previously exhibited by the internet salesperson. This consistent pattern of behavior raises questions about the training and customer interaction protocols within your sales department. I had a genuine intent to complete a purchase at a competitive price. However, I was informed that I should consider myself "lucky not to be charged $5000 above MSRP." This statement exemplifies why many consumers harbor distrust towards automotive dealerships.
