My navigation system went out on my 2020 Arcadia and also the usb charging port. So my wife took car in over a year ago to have them check out why. They had it for five mins and said she needed a new media card for around $500 , dumb The USB ports are not connected to the card , they only share a fuse , they didn’t bother to check. Through searching Ai , they explained the problems and I find this dealership did a terrible analogy of the problems. When I called today they tried thee old you never brought it here. So they lie as well when you corner them. I going to look further into how to hold them responsible for their lack of concern. More
