Ecarone lack customer service culture I saw a car on eBay, in the ad ecarone has the "make an offer" option, so I sent one about 3% less of the sale price. I got an email stating that the I saw a car on eBay, in the ad ecarone has the "make an offer" option, so I sent one about 3% less of the sale price. I got an email stating that they dont negotiate the price, yet they are using a format that is based on "making an offer". I called them to find out about the options, spoke with Keith Lindlau, then with a sales mgr named Paul Adkins. I sent Paul email and text messages the following day but he did not even to bother replying back. i am deeply disturbed about the way the are treating me before making the sale, when they are supposed to impress me and gain my confidence. After no response from Paul, I called the dealer and spoke with another sales person, his name is Dylan. But once he got my name and number he found me on their system and he was no longer interested in reviewing the car and answer some questions about the car options. It seems they just care about making an sale, not working for it. Buyers be warn, I spoke with 3 different people, and none of them were interested in helping me. it seems the company culture is lucking customer service. More

He handed me off I bought a car here in the past from Paul, it was awesome. Loved the car the time has come to get another and Paul is now a manager. He handed me off to Tricia which was wonderful. I test drove a few different cars she was so easy to work with I ended up leaving empty handed. About 4 months later I returned and she helped me again let me drive everything and was wonderful I was able to take home the M4 I came for that day. They moved it off the showroom for me to drive, even leave and then come back later to make sure it was what I wanted and finalize everything. Our finance lay was hilarious and awesome, she was fast easy and friendly. This isn’t your traditional dealership I highly recommend them. More

The car had a weird noise from the AC and eCarOne paid for it to be fixed at my local BMW dealership and it turned out that a piece of paper had just gotten sucked into the vent.
