He handed me off I bought a car here in the past from Paul, it was awesome. Loved the car the time has come to get another and Paul is now a manager. He handed me off to Tricia which was wonderful. I test drove a few different cars she was so easy to work with I ended up leaving empty handed. About 4 months later I returned and she helped me again let me drive everything and was wonderful I was able to take home the M4 I came for that day. They moved it off the showroom for me to drive, even leave and then come back later to make sure it was what I wanted and finalize everything. Our finance lay was hilarious and awesome, she was fast easy and friendly. This isn’t your traditional dealership I highly recommend them. More

The service was great, I was an out of state buyer and put on deposit on the vehicle without ever seeing it. Justin sent me pictures and made the process super smooth! The car had a weird noise from the AC and eCarOne paid for it to be fixed at my local BMW dealership and it turned out that a piece of paper had just gotten sucked into the vent. Overall great service! Would definitely buy from eCarOne again. More
