I wanted a particular set of features and they presented every car that included what I asked for, even to the extent of offering to add leather seats to the vehicle in the color I chose if necessary. Generous with time and attention to detail, they actually cared about what I needed in my car. What they found for me far surpassed my hopes in every possible way. I could not be happier with the deal that I got. Attitude is everything, guys. What a work ethic! The entire team stayed way beyond closing time to get all my papers in order. People and product! When I called him to let him know that I was on my way out to check out the car later that evening, he let me know that the car was actually sold. I checked the website and saw there was a similar vehicle available. Paul let me know that, that car was still on the lot. I arrived to the dealership, test drove the car, traded in my vehicle, and was off the lot in around 2 hours. The process was painless and easy. I met Paul Biermann who was super easy to work with. I gave him my criteria for the car I was looking for and he said he'd call me back when a used car came in that fit my needs. Within a week he called me back and had a used Honda Civic with low mileage and a fair price. Shortly after purchase we noticed a small crack in the windshield that was growing bigger with the changes in weather. We let Paul know and he took care of it. We also had a great experience with Paul Fix in the service department and the car is road ready! I really felt like Paul listened to exactly what I wanted. The buying process was quick and simple and they didn't try to hard sell me on any add-ons or financing. I got the out the door price straight away and that means a lot to me.
