Paul Biermann was the sixth sales person in the St. Louis area that we dealt with in a well considered search for a new Subaru. Not only did he respond to our e-mail on a Saturday EVENING but, he stayed with area that we dealt with in a well considered search for a new Subaru. He seemed to have plenty of time for us and was not put off by our thorough investigation. His attitude was friendly, honest and pro-active. Rick Richard was helpful and honest and proactive in providing information about an extended warranty program that works for us. We definitely will recommend the dealership, not only to our friends and family, but on our popular website. More

I took my soon to be college graduate daughter out for a first look at cars, with the plan just to get ideas. We pulled into the Dean Team Subaru and Paul greeted us. We explained we were just getting started on the process, and had only a vague idea of what we (specifically my daughter) were looking for. To make a long story short, Paul very patiently drew my daughter out on what would suit her in a car (her first buying experience). No pressure, just looking for what fit. We ended up zeroing in on a 3 year old Mazda that was on the lot and took it for a spin. Again, no pressure, just a conversation on whether it was a good fit for her needs. She decided that it was. The price was very fair, and Paul was then patient and responsive to me as I worked with him to close the deal. A very good experience, including his responsiveness a week later to help me with registration back in our home state. More

No pressure, treated like a regular guy. The best car buying experience I've ever had, and being over 50, I've had a lot of them! I bought a Subaru on a very cold, windy and snowy day. He had no problem letting me take it out on my own for the test drive. I had it about a half hour. Was nice to not have a pushy salesman sitting next to me forcing small talk. One problem I had was that the car wasn't as clean on the inside as I thought it should be. I couldn't stay longer to have it done because I had to get to a meeting. Paul insisted I bring it by at my convenience for a free full detailing and a free tank of gas. He said "I don't like seeing a car leaving my lot like this." I was impressed by his demeanor, how easy he was to deal with and how genuinely decent he seemed to be. I highly recommend Paul at The Dean Team. More
