I was on my way to buy a Kia Soul but turned into Dean Team on impulse. Less than a minute into my test drive I was hooked. Paul's friendliness and low-pressure style were great! Paul Biermann was an absolute 10/10, as well as Rick Richard who helped us set up the loan. I have been to many dealerships the past few months trying to decide what vehicle to purchase, and none were a Richard who helped us set up the loan. I have been to many dealerships the past few months trying to decide what vehicle to purchase, and none were as helpful, professional, non-pressure, and kind as I experienced at your dealership. I feel that I was treated very fairly and I will be recommending your dealership to everyone I know. I find it very rare that I have this good of an experience when purchasing anything. I am a field service technician for a small company in Dupo, IL and work closely with customer service and sales people on a daily basis, which is why I rate my experience with Dean Team so highly. I think even my own company could learn a thing or two from Dean Team employees. Perhaps when the loan on my Mazda is paid I will be back to look at a GTI or a WRX. More

Paul Biermann was the sixth sales person in the St. Louis area that we dealt with in a well considered search for a new Subaru. Not only did he respond to our e-mail on a Saturday EVENING but, he stayed with area that we dealt with in a well considered search for a new Subaru. Not only did he respond to our e-mail on a Saturday EVENING but, he stayed with us until we got the best deal in town. He seemed to have plenty of time for us and was not put off by our thorough investigation. His attitude was friendly, honest and pro-active. Rick Richard was helpful and honest and proactive in providing information about an extended warranty program that works for us. I took my soon to be college graduate daughter out for a first look at cars, with the plan just to get ideas. We pulled into the Dean Team Subaru and Paul greeted us. We explained we were just getting star first look at cars, with the plan just to get ideas. We pulled into the Dean Team Subaru and Paul greeted us. We explained we were just getting started on the process, and had only a vague idea of what we (specifically my daughter) were looking for. To make a long story short, Paul very patiently drew my daughter out on what would suit her in a car (her first buying experience). No pressure, just looking for what fit. We ended up zeroing in on a 3 year old Mazda that was on the lot and took it for a spin. Again, no pressure, just a conversation on whether it was a good fit for her needs. She decided that it was. The price was very fair, and Paul was then patient and responsive to me as I worked with him to close the deal. A very good experience, including his responsiveness a week later to help me with registration back in our home state. More
