Outstanding service. I visited 4 other dealers before Dean Team and was underwhelmed. None of the other dealers helped me find an alternate vehicle when the one I test drove didn't work out. Just purchased a vehicle. Both key fobs were broken and they were un-willing to replace either of them. One worked enough to make the vehicle work but both had to be taped together and would not connect to they were un-willing to replace either of them. Also the factory trailer connector was missing and this was also just as is and not something they would resolve. Sales person was friendly and helpful but overall the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. More
