Our buying experience at Sierra Subaru was awesome! Our sales rep Paul Chau was very attentive to what were we’re looking in the Forrester model. Although they did not have in stock the specific color Our sales rep Paul Chau was very attentive to what were we’re looking in the Forrester model. Although they did not have in stock the specific color that we wanted he was ready to assist with the order process and did not try to sway or pressure us to get an another Forrester. However, by chance they did have a Forrester Touring model that had the desired interior and safety features we prioritized. Knowing that the color of the vehicle was not our 1st choice, they were very open to working out a deal and be very fair on our trade-in. Throughout the entire process we never felt pressured, We luv our new Forrester and highly recommend Sierra Subaru! To Paul, Brandon & Tonya, thank you for a great car buying experience!
