This was my second time buying a Subaru from Sierra Monrovia. My salesperson Michael Conquilla was recommended by CarPro the first time around, & of course I returned to him when I wanted to purchase m Monrovia. My salesperson Michael Conquilla was recommended by CarPro the first time around, & of course I returned to him when I wanted to purchase my 2022 Forester. Michael was really great, always professional, & helpful all along the way. He made sure the whole process was done with ease, & matched my appraisal at another trade in place. Working with Michael to purchase a car was overall a great experience, & I highly recommend choosing him to assist you. Besides that, he gave my dog some awesome Subaru swag, so even my pup enjoyed the time we spent there. Paul Chau went over the warranty options with me, fully explaining each one, making helpful suggestions. I had a second awesome experience at Sierra Monrovia & recommend stopping by if you're looking for a professional sales experience. More

Straight forward, Easy to deal with. Went in for a test drive. Wanted a specific color/package which was not available. Went back and fourth through email. Waited a few weeks for the car Went in for a test drive. Wanted a specific color/package which was not available. Went back and fourth through email. Waited a few weeks for the car to come off the delivery truck. Went back, tested drove the actual car we wanted, signed papers, and left with a new car. Overall a smooth experience. More
