There is truly no reason anyone should ever go to any other dealership or dealerships that Sports Mazda or the Subaru dealer owned by the Don Mealey. Our family has relied on and have always been privile other dealership or dealerships that Sports Mazda or the Subaru dealer owned by the Don Mealey. Our family has relied on and have always been privileged to be completely taken care of, for multiple vehicles through them. From leasing our Mazda sedans and SUV, to then buying them, and now planning future vehicles, we trust no one else and always get the ABSOLUTE BEST service when going to the dealership. The customer service is second to none, not only in car industry but any industry. We are treated as someone they sincerely care about, timely, always know what to expect, the step by step communication and videos of what they have done and identify issues are second to none. Never will you be sitting there for hours, wondering if anyone has yet worked on your car. Do yourself a favor, instead of going to other dealers where you may be simply seen as a source of revenue, or treated poorly based on ignorant and or inexperienced sales people who may have some bias, wrong impression or judgment about you, go to Sport Mazda where they only care about their purpose - to serve customers and build long term relationships. We are so grateful after a terrible experience elsewhere, when despite my professional career, high income, due to being an Asian woman perhaps, wearing a tank top, and shorts, and seemingly ordinary, I was treated so poorly and spoken to as if I am beneath their vehicles. Then to be given numbers that made no sense and just feelings of being insulted, we are grateful we will never give business or money to such dealerships and experiences. We hope everyone will go and experience comprehensive automobile/car service and needs here. I have absolute psychological safety with how my family and I will be when driving cars from Sports Mazda. More
