Whitney was great and understood we did not want to go back and forth negotiating. After we turned down round one and told her what price we would pay, she came back with that price. She was very knowledgeable about the car and all of the features and spent time going through them with us. She was also very patient while I determined which color I wanted and took me to the dirt lot to check out two combinations I was interested in that were not on the main lot. Finance was quick and easy and Paul was very nice to work with. My only slight disappointment was that the wash on the car was not great. The car had been in the offsite dirt lot and was super dirty. It looked like they just hosed it off. I lifted up the back wiper when I got home and it was caked with dirt underneath. We love the car, how it drives and all of the wonderful features. More

She was helpful, followed up and did not bombard us with communications. We looked around at several dealership, several different kinds of cars and met all kinds of sales people. Our end search had us visiting 3 dealerships, Capistrano Mazda, Allen Hyundai, and Ocean Honda. We had a great experience with Hyundai and cannot speak any higher of them, but the car we were interested in fell short on a few items that were important to us. We will not go back to Honda- EVER. When we walked back into see Whitney - after not seeing her for months- she knew who we were and took EXCELLENT care of us. Every person in the dealership that we worked with was exceptional. They were personable, knowledgeable and low key. They let us take the time we needed without pressure. We will GLADLY go back and HIGHLY recommend Capistrano Mazda! More
