Whitney was amazing! The whole process was simple and straightforward, and she went out of her way to ensure I test drove the cars I was interested in and broke down the differences between them. It was a great experience! It started with a phone call to check a price and turned in to us purchasing our dream car. I bought a beautiful car from this dealership. But they sold me extras along with car and never fully disclosed them. I had no interest in buying warranty and car GPS tracker with CPO car, and they still f sold me extras along with car and never fully disclosed them. I had no interest in buying warranty and car GPS tracker with CPO car, and they still found a way to sell it to me without my consent. Felt under pressure on the day of purchase and rushed the finance paperwork. I got home to review it and found what the sales woman did and realized why the monthly car payment was high because of the extras. More

Diego has been very helpful in walking us through and answering all the questions we have about our new car. The dealership has also shown a willingness to correct certain cosmetic deficiencies we noted answering all the questions we have about our new car. The dealership has also shown a willingness to correct certain cosmetic deficiencies we noted on the exterior on the vehicle and we hope they will be corrected. Overall, the purchase process was a pleasure. We did not feel pressured to buy additional options that we did not want nor need. We look forward to working with the Service department to maintain our vehicle. We are hoping to soon have the Navigation chip that we paid over $400.00 for, because the Parts Department did not have the proper one in stock. We would have liked to have seen a little more flexibility in the pricing of that part. The dealership should have in stock a part like that and not take your payment before it is installed and it’s proper operation is confirmed. More
