Hello my name is Paul Cullinan; General Sales Manager for Germain BMW of Naples. I have worked in the car industry since 1987 spending eleven years with BMW. I was born in Dublin Ireland and moved to America after completing school. I have had several BMW’s and am currently enjoying a 2014 BMW z4. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy spending time with my wife and son living the Florida lifestyle.

We test drove a model and I decided on what I want from BMW and Rob went to work. Three days later, I drove off in a new '17 430i red convertible with all the packages on it I asked for. The staff was friendly, and the dealership is beautiful. Refreshments, car washes, good maintenance plans -- what more could you ask for. Looking forward to many more years of driving pleasure courtesy of Germain BMW. More

Reality Check for Widows When my husband passed away this summer with our two BMW’s leased in his name, I met with our salesman Mike Brin, to see what I could do. He made a c When my husband passed away this summer with our two BMW’s leased in his name, I met with our salesman Mike Brin, to see what I could do. He made a call to BMW financial and told me all I needed was a death certificate and the keys and that BMW would take back both cars. I was so relieved that I felt it only right that I take out a new lease in my name, with a new down payment. What Mike and the dealership failed to tell me was that I would be receiving a letter two months later with a claim for $11,000 against the estate for the two cars. Apparently BMW Financial sells your car at auction, then deducts what they received from the current value of the car. Needless to say if I had known this, I would not have made the same decision that day. I find it hard to believe that neither Mike or his superior were not aware of this practice. More

Expert in every area, from product knowledge, to demeanor, to perfect customer service. We believe that he genuinely listens to us and looks out for us. He's supremely dedicated to his profession and his clients, and we're so grateful to be among them. We love that McGinn grin!! I never question for a moment that I am getting a good deal along with the knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff to support my experience. Jim has been a friend and the consummate salesperson,Donald Huttlin who manages the service area brings knowledge and interpersonal skills to his position that make it all seem so seamless.
