This was the most pleasant automobile purchase I have ever experienced. The sales person was terrific and the manager and finance guy were also very pleasant to work with. The service department wasn’t ever experienced. The sales person was terrific and the manager and finance guy were also very pleasant to work with. The service department wasn’t as stellar and didn’t have time to fix the issues that existed when we took delivery of the car, but everyone in sales did a great job of making me feel like a valued customer. More

Great Experience with Paul Biermann - Definitely Coming Back I spotted a used car online I wanted to buy, but unfortunately it was gone by the time I came by to look. I met Paul Biermann who was super easy to wo I spotted a used car online I wanted to buy, but unfortunately it was gone by the time I came by to look. I met Paul Biermann who was super easy to work with. I gave him my criteria for the car I was looking for and he said he'd call me back when a used car came in that fit my needs. Within a week he called me back and had a used Honda Civic with low mileage and a fair price. Shortly after purchase we noticed a small crack in the windshield that was growing bigger with the changes in weather. We let Paul know and he took care of it. We also had a great experience with Paul Fix in the service department and the car is road ready! I really felt like Paul listened to exactly what I wanted. The buying process was quick and simple and they didn't try to hard sell me on any add-ons or financing. I got the out the door price straight away and that means a lot to me. I will be referring family and friends here and coming back myself in the future. Best car buying experience I've ever had. More

I was at the dealership in November 2019 having a new battery installed when I noticed a demo 2019 VW Atlas, which had features on it that I did not have on my 2018 but wish I had purchased. i worked with Richard and we were able to trade in my 2018 Atlas and cash and was able to upgrade to the features I wanted. The sales staff and service staff have always been easy to work with, they want you to be happy. More

Richard Gotsch was excellent. He made sure I got the car I needed and he was very attentive to my needs.
