Paul was not pushy. He let us take our time and ask as many questions as we needed. It was later in the workday as well which allows for temptation to rush. After purchasing the vehicle, I wanted the dealership to look at a few potential concerns (used vehicle). Paul ensured the diagnostic was covered and nobody at the dealership made me feel bad for following up with more questions after the purchase. This was refreshing. The team works well together and the environment felt welcoming. Natalia from the service department was absolutely excellent. She was my contact person for the service after the vehicle purchase. I was originally frustrated about the immediate vehicle issues following the purchase. However, Natalia made sure everything was handled correctly and turned what could have been a negative experience into a wonderful experience. Can’t recommend her enough. Even on her off days she took time to respond to emails. More
