Service Visit at Boardwalk Ferrari This was my first service visit to Boardwalk in order to have my tires swapped out from Performance to All Season for the upcoming fall and winter. I This was my first service visit to Boardwalk in order to have my tires swapped out from Performance to All Season for the upcoming fall and winter. I had the new tires dropped shipped to the dealership and arranged the service visit with Paul Frey. Paul was very helpful and friendly and after doing the initial walk around and explaining their process, he escorted me to their break / refreshment area, pointed out where the facility restrooms were and then on to the waiting area where I had access to watch TV and/or connect to the dealerships Wifi with my laptop. He came out to give me a status update on my vehicle once it was finished and checked with me to see if I wished to have it washed first. Then took me to their cashier to get finished up. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and it was a pleasant service experience even though my vehicle was not a Ferrari or Maserati. Will be back again. More

First Experience This was my first experience with Ferrari after many years with a high end competitive brand. I sought out Boardwalk based on their reputation for ser This was my first experience with Ferrari after many years with a high end competitive brand. I sought out Boardwalk based on their reputation for service and customer orientation. From my first email contact regarding a 488GTB, until delivery, the responsiveness was top notch. Jeff Enderle, my sales specialist, was able to handle all my questions and his follow up was thorough, a true delight. Also, I had the opportuntlity to meet Steve, Larry, Paul in service. After touring the service facility, I am comfortable with my decision to purchase a Ferrari and I know any needed service will be a good experience. Mike was very helpful with the clear bra application and the Expel product looks great. I enjoyed my discussion with Brian Benjamin regarding what's available from Ferrari and his insight on sports cars . More

Primo service for my Baby! The Service team at Boardwalk is simply superior in every manner possible. I trust them to work on and manage the health of my (2nd) baby, my 2014 Ferrari F12 !! Every person there is outstanding and I never have issues. Work simply gets done, looks Fab when I pick the car up and I even get time for a cheerful chat with management about upcoming Cool events and Rallys that I love so much. I actually look forward to going in and talking with the folks there. Who can say that otherwise? ...and did I mention how super Julie is to engage with while I await my car detailing to occur? Steve Fordham is why I bought my car This is my 5th Ferrari, and I bought it from Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano because Steve Fordham does so much for all of us owners, including th This is my 5th Ferrari, and I bought it from Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano because Steve Fordham does so much for all of us owners, including the FCA DFW chapter. The team is all great, but Steve is on another level of customer service that makes me appreciate Ferrari and stay with this dealership. There used to be a day that I would actually trailer my car to San Antonio for service (seriously...) Today I would not think of it. Steve, Larry and Paul earn my business every time. And because of Steve... I am certain I will buy my next Ferrari from Boardwalk. Assuming Steve is given a raise of course!!!. Thank you Steve (Larry, Paul and Boardwalk) for all you do for the FCA, the ownership experience would not be the same without this relationship. It's awesome. More
